Žilavka ”Andrija” 2004

2004 is a year of special significance for our family, and the Žilavka Archive from that vintage is living proof of the longevity of the indigenous white variety of Herzegovina. This archival white wine with a golden color and a noble and complex aroma dominated by peach, candied fruit and honey is one of the oldest white wines that can be found on sale in BiH.

Gastronomy recommendation:
It is drunk at a temperature of 12 to 14 °C.
We recommend this wine with shrimp, lobster, roast duck and mature cheeses.
For the ultimate experience of this wine, we recommend decanting 20-30 minutes before consumption.
