Carefully selected and nurtured wine produced from the “famous” indigenous variety Žilavka is characterized by full body, elegant fruitiness and a long aftertaste that lingers in the mouth. The balance between warm days and cold nights allows Žilavka to take the best of the autumn sun and preserve it’s freshness. With a mature structure of tannins and prefect care in stainless steel and oak, this superb white wine has exceptional aging potential.

Gastronomy recommendation:
It is drunk at a temperature of 12 to 14 °C.
This wine is an excellent accompaniment to baked dishes, sea delicacies, and roasted lamb and veal.
